We start the design process with an online questionnaire to give us an idea of what you're looking for. It’s the best way for us to get a feel for your style, wish list, and overall vision for your space.

how it works
HOW IT WORKS
Turnaround times will depend on the scale of the project. For small-scale decorating or consulting projects, you can expect to receive your design plan within two weeks of providing us with all of the required information. Larger projects - like full room designs and whole home renovation plans - will take approximately six to eight weeks. Firmer timelines will be provided before project commencement. We'll always do our best to get your design to you as quickly as we can.
how long will it take to receive my design?
The listed fee for each local design service is the base price. This may change based on the scale of your project once we have a better idea of what we're going to be working on together. Depending on the scale of the project, we'll typically take a deposit at the onset of the project, another portion of the overall fee at the concept design phase, and the remainder when we hand over the final design plan to you. We're very transparent when it comes to our fees and will outline everything for you before you commit to working with us.
how does your pricing work?

We're experts at utilizing 3D modelling software and visualization tools to give you a very clear idea of how your completed space will look. For our larger scale projects, we complete the entire design process in a 3D model. This gives us the ability to visualize the space and our design decisions on the go and easily make edits or explore multiple design options before we commit to one. We're problem solvers and we always work through several iterations of a design so that we're confident why the final design option - or options - is the best one for you and your space.

Which E-design service should i choose?

E-Design is perfect for you if you're not afraid of the DIY work required to complete your space or hiring your own help, but you could use some advice on the right design direction to take. It's also perfect for those small decorating projects or design questions you have that might not require hiring an in-person designer. Since we likely won't be located in the same city, you must be comfortable communicating virtually (we use email for most communication, but are happy to set up phone calls as well if further clarification is required).
