We offer a variety of in-person design services for our clients local to the Regina area. We’ll meet with you in person to discuss your design goals, style, and budget and put together a design plan to address all of your concerns and create your new space. We'll be on hand to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process and take the stress of renovating off of your shoulders. Whether your project is big or small, we’re ready to help and we’d love to meet you.

Once the construction is done, our team will come in and finish setting up the space with curated decor pieces. We'll finish up all the little details to complete your newly renovated space and then it's all yours!

We'll review the design plan with you and make any necessary tweaks and revisions until you're 100% happy with the design and ready to get started. From here, we'll connect you with the best contractors to complete your project and get the construction started.

With the design concept approved, we'll get started on the full design plan! We'll work on space planning, material selections, furnishings, and details - whatever you need to make your project come to life.

Once we have all of the information we need to get started, we'll put together a conceptual design presentation for you to review. This is to ensure that we're on the same page and that you're happy with the direction we're going in before we get into the details.

Next, we'll set up a time to meet in person in your home. We'll discuss the project and do a walkthrough so that we can get a real sense of the space.

how it works
HOW IT WORKS
No problem! If you're a DIYer and want to take on the construction on your own, we're happy to work together to develop a design plan and then leave the rest to you. Overseeing the entire project allows us to address any unforeseen design concerns that may come up once construction gets going, so we find it's best if we can be a part of the project from start to finish. Ultimately, though, we're here to help in whatever way works best for you.
What if i want to take on the construction of the project myself?

We're experts at utilizing 3D modelling software and visualization tools to give you a very clear idea of how your completed space will look. For our larger scale projects, we complete the entire design process in a 3D model. This gives us the ability to visualize the space and our design decisions on the go and easily make edits or explore multiple design options before we commit to one. We're problem solvers and we always work through several iterations of a design so that we're confident why the final design option - or options - is the best one for you and your space.
I have a hard time visualizing how a space will look - how do you help with that?

The listed fee for each local design service is the base price. This may change based on the scale of your project once we have a better idea of what we're going to be working on together. Depending on the scale of the project, we'll typically take a deposit at the onset of the project, another portion of the overall fee at the concept design phase, and the remainder when we hand over the final design plan to you. We're very transparent when it comes to our fees and will outline everything for you before you commit to working with us.
how does your pricing work?

Turnaround times will depend on the scale of the project. For small-scale decorating or consulting projects, you can expect to receive your design plan within two weeks of providing us with all of the required information. Larger projects - like full room designs and whole home renovation plans - will take approximately six to eight weeks. Firmer timelines will be provided before project commencement. We'll always do our best to get your design to you as quickly as we can.
